Patrick Laxton CCM

Patrick is a native Canadian, having grown up in Vancouver, British Columbia. His father was the general manager of Vancouver Lawn Tennis and Badminton Club, so clubs have always been in his blood.

After college, he wanted to work in hospitality and become a well-rounded leader. He worked in restaurants in the front and back of house, and eventually took a position as the assistant director of finance for Hyatt Hotels. For the past eight years, he has worked for two Platinum Clubs of America, first The Harvard Club of Boston and then The Country Club. At the Harvard Club, Patrick was the director of rooms and member service and then was promoted to clubhouse manager. At TCC, he has been the assistant general manager since 2021 and oversees the prestigious club’s entire operations.

Patrick achieved the title of Certified Club Manager and serves on the Board of the New England Club Managers Association. He has extensive experience in food and beverage, finance, capital projects, optimizing member experience, empowering and developing staff members, as well as golf and all other country club amenities.

Patrick lives with his wife and son in Needham, a short drive from Woodland.
